Case Study #1
A large crack was discovered on the head of boom section #3 during inspection of this 39M. Crack was repaired and additional reinforcements were added to prevent future problems
Case Study #2
The cylinder on section #1 on this 53M pump buckled, severely damaging the #2 boom section. Repairs were made, including cutting 42" out of the boom section and remanufacturing the box. Additional doubler plates were added for reinforcement.
